Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave a key with a neighbour, use a key safe or arrange pick-up from a letting agent. Just tell us in the booking notes. Our cleaners are DBS-checked and insured.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes for every one-off service (end of tenancy, deep, after builders, carpet). For regular domestic cleaning most customers keep products at home, but we can bring ours for a small charge.
How do I pay?
Pay on the day by cash or card to your cleaner, or by bank transfer. Business customers are invoiced monthly. You never pay in advance to book.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time from the link in your confirmation email, or by calling us.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £2 million public liability insurance and every cleaner is identity and DBS checked before their first job.
